If so, I understand. Really, I do. Moved deeply by the beneficial effects of yoga and psychotherapy, I decided to pursue a career in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Emotional Wellness Yoga Therapy. I’ve been in the mental health field and yoga industry for over a decade, and my training and experience in holistic wellness and mind-body modalities for healing has led me towards guiding individuals to reach their full potential for well-being.

As a psychologically-minded yoga practitioner, I offer personalized yogic tools (movement, stillness, breath work, and guided meditation, as well as other limbs of yoga) to support clients through a journey of self-discovery to promote inner healing, restore balance, and increase vitality. 

Through Emotional Wellness Yoga, I help clients in not only managing their symptoms, but also maintaining an optimal state of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being – on and off the mat.
