If you really want to know more about me, here you go: I am deeply invested in my inner work, which is one core aspect that sets me apart from many others. I have my own therapist (there’s no shame in that!), and I participate in therapist consultation groups and a business mastermind group for female entrepreneurs. I have a writing mentor (I’m currently drafting a memoir), and I engage in my holistic and spiritual practices regularly. When not working, I love spending time on my yoga mat, writing, reading, connecting with my soul sisters, and spending time with my long-term partner. Along with all that, plus being on a healing journey of my lived experiences of trauma, stress, depression, and chronic physical health conditions (which I’ve blogged about openly), I’m not your average therapist.
