Offering a calm and comfortable environment for psychotherapy sessions through a virtual private practice, Massachusetts-based clients (ages 18+) are able to receive support to embark on a new way of being and living their lives.  

No matter what your challenges are, I hold the belief that our work together will elicit benefits in your life. I believe all people hold the ability to shift in their lives and are capable of making changes (big and small!); even if you can’t see it yet, I will hold hope and direction for you. Many people just need a little support and guidance along their journey. That’s where I come in.

I’ve been passionately working in the mental health field, as well as in the yoga industry, and my heart’s work is to help guide clients to explore and deepen into themselves to lead more authentic and joyful lives. With experience in a group practice, agency clinic, and community mental health, I have worked with a varied caseload of clients over the course of my career. Yet, one thread remains constant across the lives of all my clients: people want changes in their lives, and they’re longing for more peace and ease.

In our work together, we both commit to the therapeutic process and desired outcomes. I can be your sounding board, your listening ear, and your therapeutic partner in problem-solving to make your life better with you. Utilizing a safe and supportive approach that is led by you (the client), I offer suggestions and guidance, encouraging you to find the best-fit path for your journey. Allowing all my clients to heal at their own pace, I truly believe in the power of our authentic therapeutic relationship. Clients have said I am empathetic, compassionate, and understanding, and I offer a fresh perspective on challenges. I'm here to support you on your journey.  

I offer a complimentary 15-minute call to see if we’re a good fit to begin work together. In our initial intake appointment, we’ll get to know each other further and see what your needs are. After the assessment is completed, we will discuss treatment modalities and set treatment goals. Therapy may be shorter-term or longer-term, depending on your needs.

I am licensed and offer virtual sessions in the state of Massachusetts. I encourage you to find a quiet, comfortable, and confidential space for our sessions, where you won’t be interrupted or distracted. Of course, pets are welcome! 

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance.
Self-Pay and discounted rates are also available.

Self-Pay and Out-of-Network rates are:

Individual Therapy $225
Emotional Wellness Yoga Instruction $225 

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Yoga, and Mindfulness.

Restorative Yoga

Helps us to relax and rest deeply and completely. Restorative yoga relieves the effects of chronic stress, stimulates and soothes the organs, reverses the effects of gravity, and permeates the body with energy. Restorative postures are usually adapted from supine or seated yoga poses with the addition of blocks, bolsters, and blankets to eliminate unnecessary strain. 

Yin Yoga

A style of yoga where gentle passive postures are held for sustained periods of time. Positive 'stress' is put on the deep layers of the connective tissue. Yin yoga restores and maintains the natural mobility of the joints. This style of yoga allows for deeper meditative experiences as well. Yin yoga is a complimentary practice to the dynamic and invigorating styles of yoga. 

Vinyasa Yoga

A flowing and dynamic form of yoga. The poses link together as if they were a dance on the mat. Each pose moves rhythmically on an inhale or exhale breath. This style of yoga connects postures and creates heat in the body in order to release tension. Vinyasa yoga allows for a lot of variety, but always includes postures which build strength, followed by postures for stretching.

Prenatal Yoga

Offers expectant mothers a place to explore the changes in their bodies and minds. Gentle stretching and strengthening often relieves many common pregnancy discomforts, while also preparing the mother for labor and birth. Prenatal yoga classes adapt traditional postures to the needs of a changing pregnant body. Prenatal yoga is safe for the mother and baby.

Emotional Wellness Yoga Instruction encourages clients to listen to their bodies. I provide safe and professional guidance to help clients focus on particular dynamics (what muscles they are using, what it feels like to have their feet on the ground, what it feels like to breathe fully, etc.).
