This program is your invitation to exhale. It’s designed to help you gently reconnect with yourself through trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, and nervous system support. You’ll release the tension you’ve been carrying and rediscover the calm, clarity, and steadiness that already live within you.

It’s about finally coming home… to your body, your truth, and your soul.

In a world that moves too fast, this series offers a quiet, grounded space to reset. You’ll move beyond just coping, and begin to live with more ease, presence, and self-trust.

What It Is

This live, virtual program is not just another wellness checklist. It’s a guided journey back to your body, your breath, and your truth.

Each week, you’ll gently reconnect with yourself through trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, and nervous system support. You’ll release the tension you’ve been carrying and rediscover the calm, clarity, and steadiness that already live within you. This isn’t about fixing yourself; it’s about coming home to who you truly are.

Who It’s For

“From Outer Chaos to Inner Calm” is for deep-feeling, busy women (often creatives, caregivers, professionals, healers) who:

  • Feel stuck, misaligned, or quietly unfulfilled
  • Are navigating perfectionism, anxiety, or burnout
  • Are exhausted from looping through self-doubt and overdoing
  • Crave more peace, space, and self-trust
  • Are ready for a mind-body approach that doesn’t bypass the hard stuff

Over 6 powerful weeks, you’ll learn to:

  • Calm your nervous system using breathwork, gentle yoga, and mindfulness
  • Soften your inner critic and perfectionist tendencies using IFS-informed tools

  • Feel your emotions with compassion and safety
  • Get clear on what really matters—so you can live in alignment

  • Grounding movement and breathwork practices
  • A weekly soul-centered theme + teaching
  • Journaling prompts + personal reflection
  • Group sharing (always optional, always safe)
